I started cheerleading in 2002, when I was in 7th grade. |
| Why did you choose the school you currently attend? |
It is close to home, and I have always wanted to cheer at the University of Minnesota because I knew the head coach Sam Owens well from when he did camps for my high school team. |

| Best advice to give someone who wants to be a college cheerleader/dancer: |
Work hard while in high school, and contact coaches at high schools you are interested so you know what skills you need to be on the team and so you are known by the coaches. |
| No one knows this about me but… |
I was on the first cheerleading team from Minnesota to make it to the Cheerleading Worlds, it was my senior year in 2008. |
| Is cheerleading/dancing a sport, why or why not? |
Yes, we work just as hard as any other sports if not harder than some. |
